"Il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais ils ont été aimable de prévoir quelques éléments du petit déjeuner et de cuisine tel que: le café, du sucre, du thé, l’huile, le sel, le poivre , le nesquick etc… même des bouteilles d’eau. J’adore l’emplacement. Belle vue autour avec proximité de la Tour Eiffel."

"Great location near Montparnasse, 3 metro stations close by as well as Montparnasse 15 minutes away. Nice supermarket next door. Lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby for breakfast or lunch. From Montparnasse, you can walk down rue de Rennes and take in famous sights like St Sulpice Church (remember Da Vinci Code?) and St Germain des Pres. The flat is on the ground floor within an inner courtyard. To access it you need to go through a big wooden door separating it from the street, so it feels totally safe. The flat looks like an artist studio or a greenhouse and is spacious. It has all the facilities including a kitchen area, desks and many sockets, which makes it an ideal place to work. I found it cozy and very relaxing. Unusual, quirky, safe and overall, a different, yet very pleasant experience. The codes given by the owners to get through the main door on the street and the actual apartment were easy to key in. Excellent value for money."

"At first, I was surprised that the ceiling was made of glass (although not directly above the bed, bathroom or kitchen) and I was concerned that people in the surrounding apartments might be able to look in, that there might be too much light in the morning waking me up at the crack of dawn. Fortunately, my concerns were unfounded. It was quite private and I slept well, the light didn't bother me at all as the courtyard was quite dark with the surrounding apartment blocks on all sides. My only recommendation to the owners is that perhaps they could install a blind at least on the part of the ceiling closest to the bed, which could be open or close at will. That might provide a little more privacy."

"Location was excellent for us. The accommodation is quirky and fun - like a beach house built in the courtyard of a block of flats. We wondered if it would be noisy, but it was very quiet. The bed was a sofa bed - but it was comfortable. There was a lot of space, surprisingly so for the price and location, with distinct areas for sleeping, sitting, eating and a kitchen and bathroom. A small supermarket is right next door and two métro stations and useful bus stops are in very easy reach. Véronique and Geoffroy were accessible, friendly and helpful."

"The entry door to the accommodation was stiff and at some times of the day needed a bit of a push (but the hosts were helpful on this when we were initially stuck on this and asked for advice). And, as noted by other reviewers, the kitchen sink has to double as the basin for shaving and toothbrushing."

"The house is spacious, clean, and well-kept. The kitchen had everything for cooking, super convenient. There are many bus and metro stations nearby. The portable air conditioner kept the place comfortable during the hot days. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great value for the price — I’d definitely recommend this place to others!"
